A Religious Ramble About Chelsea!

Enjoy a walk or cycle, as you discover Chelsea’s religious heritage sites!

Visit the Pioneer Cemetery; St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church, with Grace United Church providing lemonade and family games (on Sunday only from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.); the new LaFab/Mill Road Community Space; St. Stephen’s Roman Catholic Church, cemetery and rectory; and the Old Chelsea Protestant Burial Ground.  

Self-guided walking tour booklet provided.

 St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church will be open for visitors on Saturday, September 11 and Sunday, September 12, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. On-site interpretation available, thanks to Gatineau Valley Historical Society and church volunteers.
