Music

Music is an important element of our “Worship” at St Mary Magdalene and is chosen to reflect and build on each week’s readings from Scripture. The songs range from upbeat to prayerful, and are both traditional and modern in style. The music is rooted in traditional Anglican hymns with the addition of different genres including praise, gospel, and folk. Our music creates a welcoming atmosphere for people to enjoy and sing along with.

Psalm 89

  • I will sing of the Lord’s great love forever; with my mouth I will make your faithfulness known through all generations.
  • I will declare that your love stands firm forever, that you have established your faithfulness in heaven itself.
