Vestry February 23, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
Every year Churches undertake Vestry meetings. These meetings are opento all parishioners. Anonymous Gift of Roses in Honour of St Mary Magdalene
The members of St Mary Magdalene Church would like to express their gratitude for the anonymous gift of roses that adorned the altar during Sunday Worship on January 19, 2025.

Feast of the Epiphany
On January 6, 2025 members of the Parish of Chelsea-Lascelles-Wakefield gathered at St Mary Magdalene Church for a Twelfth Night Supper to celebrate the Feast of the Epiphany. Rev. Caz Ducros led a worship of Communion at the celebration.

Twelfth Night- January 6, 2025 Pot Luck Supper
SAVE THE DATE The Church of the Good Shepherd and St Mary Magdalene Church will co-host a pot luck supper at St Mary Magdalene Church, Chelsea at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025 to celebrate Twelfth Night , also known as the Feast of the Epiphany. More details to come.

Blue Christmas – December 21, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.
December 21: Blue Christmas Service (also called the Longest Night) will be held at 7 pm at SMM. This service, which will include the Eucharist, is traditionally held on the longest night of the year and is a chance for those who find the Advent/Christmas season difficult, who have lost loved ones or, are grieving other losses. It is also the traditional feast day of St Thomas the Apostle – which means that we are in good company with those for whom darkness makes it harder to believe in the Resurrection. It is a service of comfort and healing for those who are suffering.
