Ash Wednesday Service – February 18th – will take place at St Mary Magdalene Church (Chelsea) at 10 am. This will be a joint service with Grace United Church.
There will also be Ashes to Go, which includes a short and simple drop in service, that takes place in waves between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm at the Church of the Good Shepherd (Wakefield. More information on the Ashes to Go service is attached in the Ash Wednesday and Lenten flyer. It is an excellent way to observe the first day of lent for those with busy schedules or whose schedules do not permit attending the morning service.
